A safe space for you to reflect, heal and grow

Initial 20-minute consultation

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to help you decide whether counselling with me feels like the right fit.

This brief meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. You can ask any questions you may have about how I work, what to expect from sessions, or how counselling might support you.

There is no obligation to continue after this consultation — it’s simply an opportunity for you to explore whether working together feels comfortable and supportive.

The consultation takes place online via Google Meet, and we can arrange a time that suits you.

Online therapy

£50 per session (50 minutes).

I also offer sliding scale fees.

I offer online counselling for young people (17+), adults, and older adults. Working exclusively online allows flexibility and accessibility, so you can attend sessions from a place that feels comfortable and private to you.

Availability

I offer a range of appointment times throughout the week to suit different schedules.
If you’re considering starting therapy, please feel free to get in touch to discuss current availability and find a time that works best for you.

Session Options

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and what you hope to achieve.

You can choose to work with me through:

  • Video sessions

  • Phone sessions

  • Text-based sessions

All sessions take place on Google Meet and last 50 minutes.

My Approach

My practice is rooted primarily in humanistic approaches, which means I see you as a whole person — not a problem to be fixed. I also draw on elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, which can help us understand how past experiences may be shaping your present, and CBT, which offers practical tools to gently shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.

In our work together, we might gently explore your past to understand how your experiences have shaped who you are today. This can help you recognise patterns, uncover strengths, and open up the possibility to choose new ways of responding.

We also focus on your present, creating space to reflect on your feelings, thoughts, and experiences as they arise, and supporting you to process and navigate what you’re going through right now.

As we build this understanding, we can begin to look toward the future — exploring what matters to you, finding new perspectives, and building confidence as you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
