About me
Drawing from the wisdom of my Eastern cultural background and my experience in a Western context, my practice aims to create space for deeper understanding and new ways of seeing challenges.
My approach is humanistic and person-centred, integrated with unique approaches that work best for you, and I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I have genuine curiosity and passion about people. I aim to offer well-suited work with people at their own pace. I work with bereavement, grief, and trauma, as well as issues with anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.
I offer counselling sessions in both English and Mandarin.

A bit about me:
I have been volunteering at Cruse Bereavement since 2022, supporting individuals experiencing grief. Previously, I spent 8 years teaching Mandarin in schools and private settings.
When I am not working, I spend time on walking, cooking, reading, and connecting with people. I also actively engage in peer support groups with UK based therapists, continually growing in how I support clients and myself.
