Drawing from the wisdom of my Eastern cultural background and my experience in a Western context, my practice aims to create space for deeper understanding and new ways of seeing challenges.

My approach is humanistic and relational, integrated with unique approaches that work best for you, and I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I have genuine curiosity and passion about people. I aim to offer well-suited work with people at their own pace. I work with grief, trauma, as well as issues with anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.

I offer counselling sessions in both English and Mandarin.

A bit about me:

I have been volunteering at Cruse Bereavement since 2022, supporting individuals experiencing grief. Previously, I spent 8 years teaching Mandarin in schools and private settings.

When I am not working, I spend time on walking, cooking, reading, and connecting with people. I also actively engage in peer support groups with UK based therapists, continually growing in how I support clients and myself.
